Thurston to Kings Cross

Could someone see if they can get cheaper then the off peak day return for Thurston - Kings Cross on Monday 7th May, arriving at just after 10am, and returning after 5pm.

Route via Ipswich to Liverpool Street is blocked, so will need to avoid buses.

Travleing with my wife and child. We have a family railcard (and Oyster)

Need to get to Fulham Broadway underground!

No privalge etc applies - just family rail card.

7th May is a public holiday so the (super) off-peak will be valid all day

Thurston - Cambridge
£17.95 (Off Peak Day Return)

Cambridge - Kings Cross
£24.15 (Super Off Peak Return)

It may be cheaper to get a paper travelcard than use Oyster in London thanks to your railcard, depends on your circumstances though
