How can a customer provide feedback for a specific ticket? See attached. While it's just a collection receipt, it's messy and confusing having the date printed on top of the station name. Who's responsible and who needs to fix this?

The manufacturer needs to fix it, but if they are meeting the RSP specification and it is that which is wrong they won't do anything. Unless someone pays them to do so.

The specification most certainly does not provide for text to be printed over other text!

It's worth pointing out that even the latest version of CCST-X provides opportunities for overlaps like this.

This particular example is caused by poor implementation by the TVM manufacturer. The "Date & Time of Sale" text and the data beneath it should be aligned right.
