The 2-axle coalfish and bass wagons from the civil engineers fleet are gradually being disposed of, as a result of new Wascosa wagon deliveries -

First wagon in the train is OBA 110156 with mesh doors (most OBAs have
wooden doors). The same wagon is pictured here -

Second wagon is OCA 112300 - the thumbnail at the top right of this LTSV profile shows the same wagon as it looked when freshly painted in Railfreight red back in 1989 -

Those two are "bass" wagons used for general engineers materials (sleepers, scrap rail e.t.c)
The other 13 wagons are MFA / MHA / MPA "coalfish" mainly used for ballast and spoil. MFAs were formerly MEAs and before that HEAs (profile here -
https://www.ltsv.com/w_profile_024.php). MHAs were formerly HAA coal hoppers (MPAs are MHAs with modifed brakes).
These 6Z83 workings to Attercliffe have been running occasionally during 2022 and 2023, from either Toton or Doncaster. For example in June there was a 6Z83 from Doncaster on the 7th, and two from Toton on 21st and 29th (which is pictured here -

Most of the coalfish and bass wagons seem to end up at Attercliffe, although a few have been sent to Kingsbury from Bescot. From what I can tell, the coalfish and bass fleet have now largely been removed from service but there are still a lot of them in sidings waiting to be sent for scrap.
