I tried booking kings cross to potters bar single with gold card but only the undiscounted fares are shown on the tpe app. It was for 1900 so at a time gold card could be used. Booked it ok on the thameslink app a few minutes later. I have got the discount on tpe app in the past.

I tried again yesterday on the TPE app for a super off-peak potters Bar to London travelcard. Again it was not offering the gold card discount even though I had selected the gold card. So bought it from the TVM instead. I'll send an email to TPE.
