They are

TPE vs Avanti? Who would be better to work for? T&C’s vs Salary.
Avanti bigger salary although it takes you two years to get to!

TPE roster has 156 rest days with Sunday inside
I can’t comment on spare movement etc but there is an Avanti qualified thread for Euston and Woves that tells you some of what conditions Avanti do and don’t have.

Spare movement at TPE is +/- 3hrs.

Are the rumours of a productivity deal being negotiated after pay dispute ends a rumour or do they have substance?
They have concrete substance, the deal will be unveiled once the national pay dispute is resolved. Chris Jackson has said this himself.

Is the OT at TPE 1.75x for a minimum of 10 hours? So no matter the shift you'll always get paid 10 hours? And paid at 1.75x the hourly rate?

Is there a lot of OT at TPE?

Overtime comes and goes at any depot it shouldn't be a factor in a decision to move to a TOC.

And yes you effectively get 15 hours pay for any length of rest day work.

Oh I agree, it's more out of curiosity - I don't do much OT for my current TOC to be honest haha!

15 hours!!! That's a heck of a lot!

So that would be 1.5x for OT then yeah?

Anyone happen to know what sort of day a driver in York has? Like are there any stopping turns for either link? Does anyone happen to have any examples of a schedule card for some of the York links?
