No driver for 1F62 (MCV - LIV) and 1E39 throughout. Looking like whole diagram to be canceled when it gets back to MCV.
Indeed. Both diagrams canceled until end of service. Both the 09.41 (1F60) and 10.41 (1F62) services from Scarborough to Liverpool are now showing as terminating at Manchester Victoria due to a shortage of drivers.
1F76 17:44 Scarborough-Manchester Victoria
1E51 20:32 Manchester Victoria-Scarborough
Many thanks for that.Thursday 24th - additional information
1F76 was held at York for 40 minutes due to a police incident between Garforth and Micklefield which caused a lot of delays.
I was waiting for it having stayed in Leeds for an extra hour in the pub as the previous one was cancelled. It was 60L at Victoria
I assume that it was cancelled from Victoria to Lime St to get back on diagram. Whether or not they had a driver for this segment is I guess academic.
To be fair to TPE, they did their best to keep the job moving last night.
Note:
1E51/1P98 looks to be booked a Class 185 on a Saturday. After working 1F74 the Nova 3 set runs back to Longsight as 5F74 19:48 Liverpool Lime Street-Longsight

I wonder if I get a ‘tick’ for this guess work for tomorrow?Well spotted - that looks like a recently added WTT path, which commences today.
Thank you on both points, very much appreciated68025 also worked 1F48 as booked which was missing from the journey planner gen posted earlier.
Sunday
Diagram 1 you could be on to something
Diagram 2 is a unit.

Thank you for that.I should probably have added that we are entering a period where overnight trains on Saturday into Sunday are replaced by buses, so this is probably the reason for the change, given the timings of 1P98.
Now, at one time, there was something called the Transpennine Route Strategy, which meant a viable route was (almost) always provided overnight between York and Manchester, but that has long-since ceased to be the case. I recall one night being on such a train at Bradford Interchange, where the train made an unadvertised stop to reverse, but a young couple got off and left the station by climbing over a little wall next to the bus station!
Loco on the Scarborough end.1 Nova 3 set in use today

Grrrr- should have stayed warm at home..
Thanks, that's great.Better luck next time
David, if you have a quick read of post 186 further up the page it will give you an idea of how things are working.
