TPE train crew route & traction knowledge questions

I'm not the only one to state is TPE now has 44 new trains, some of which were delivered more than a year ago but will less than half a dozen in daily service is not great.

TPE accepted the first Nova 3 from CAF in April 2019 (link) and it was in service in August 2019. (4 months lead time)

TPE accepted the first Nova 1 from Hitachi in July 2019 (link) and was in traffic from September 2019. (2 months lead time)

I guess what I’m saying is that it’s certainly not been a year. The entire Nova fleet has been a very quick deployment from first accepted to first pax service. Also, TPE have only accepted about 60% of the fleet at present.
