I've passed the Train Driver aptitude tests but I don't want to put all of my eggs in one basket so to speak, particularly given the hold pool situations with a couple of TOCs. So I'd thought I'd ask if anyone has sat both the Train Driver tests and either the COMPASS or PILAPT tests which some of the airlines use for their cadet schemes. I have an idea of what the latter tests comprise of but of course it's not the same as actually sitting them.

If so, which did you think was more challenging, I'm guessing the rail ones are more difficult but can I please ask your opinion on this?

Mods: I've posted this in "Other Public Transport" since it doesn't directly concern railway recruitment, though it may be better in the Careers section, not sure to be honest.
