Turned up at Fratton just now to catch the 1119 to London Victoria to find it departed ten minutes early! How can this be allowed to happen?

Looks like it was a planned re-timed train for Friday only. Timetables saying it was due to depart 1108

The national rail live departures for Fratton actually noted that it left ten mins early. That's what baffled me at the time. Still, to be expected when Southern are involved I suppose!
