Please forgive me if I am going to ask a basic question here. Is there a website that can be accessed by the general public to view train punctuality historically (eg over the last month or three months) and to filter it down by specific route or station?
The reason that I ask is that there is an ongoing debate at work about the punctuality of the CrossCountry service between Glasgow Ctrl and Edinburgh, and the far more expensive Scotrail Glasgow Queen St to Edinburgh service. The Scotrail user is arguing that the Scotrail service is less punctual and more often disrupted (down to half hour service or three coaches).
Any guidance would be appreciated.
