I have seen GTR are advertising for TSM's. Currently a Guard for another TOC i've always had aspirations to move into the control centre however was just wondering if anybody new was the salary and terms and conditions were like for TSM's. I see from the advert that it is 12 hour shifts, does anybody know how many shift a TSM does a week? Any info would be much appreciated.
