I have just seen Greater Anglia are advertising for again for Depot Drivers at Ilford and Southend. I am 18 and just wondering what the minimum age is to become a depot driver.

Many thanks if you can help

Well I passed the assessments today! Five out of nine of us made it through the whole day. Thanks for everyone's input on here regarding the tests!

Now comes the dreaded Structured Interview... :|

Well done on passing the assessment day :). Have you heard anymore about your interview?

I've had a letter stating i've passed the first hurdle, but all the assessment places were taken, but i'll be invited to the next assessment days. Do you reckon this is a polite way of saying your first divison not premier league?

Thanks! Yes - I passed the structured interview last week and have my drivers interview next week!

Perhaps they just worked through the applications in the order they were received until they had enough for the assessment days? At least that means you'll definitely get an assessment next time they recruit, or if they don't fill all the places this time (there's three at Norwich I hear).

Well done!! I wish you the very best of luck with your interview :)

I'm hoping that was the way they picked the assessment days, i spent a while on the application form and sent it in on the tuesday before the closing date.

If they have said that they have out your application on file they prob had enough to fill the assessment day but wouldn't be surprised if they invited you to next load of assessment days. They do get 000's of applicants just getting through the paper sift is still good so don't give up hope yet!
