A brief look at and ride on one of the fully automated, driverless distinctive British-built trains on the Hong Kong MTR 'Disneyland Resort Line' which links Sunny Bay Mass Transit Railway (MTR) station with the Disneyland resort on Lantau Island, Hong Kong.

These trains feature 'Mickey Mouse head' shape windows and overhead grab handles, bronze statues of famous (and much loved) Disney characters and an unusual style of seating.

Yes, they are a novelty!

The stations are interesting too. The 'main line' (Tung Chung line) connection statiom at Sunny Bay is super modern in design.

But get to the Disneyland station, which is done in a (modern) old railroad style, to give visitors the perception of having travelled back through time.
