I've not tried it out yet, but just thought I'd give a quick heads-up that the new 'Tram Sim' simulator has been released, and is available for download from Steam or boxed from Aerosoft. The official game website is https://tram-sim.com/en/

It's a bit steep for a single tram simulator.
Again, depends on how good and accurate it is.
