Is there any issue if I reply from different email from which I didn’t receive the email from the wm team.

I would use the same email address. To use a second email address - which they will then see - may raise suspicions that you are using multiple identities.

Have you used the alternative email address to buy tickets as well? If you have you may feel it is better not to reveal that to them.
