How stupid are people getting?

These two looked as if they were just walking down the line and using it as a footpath. You can also see the driver isn't happy either.

I agree with the opinion that people think "It wont happen to me".

I think they need some fencing like at Exeter St Davids and Exeter Central, it's not obtrusive, see http://www.flickr.com/photos/alan69/4462214592/ but will help to deter the chancers (nothing will stop the determined)

If Dawlish gets ticket gates I can see it being much more of a problem
