Shiel Buses 144 (Fort William - Kinlochleven, formerly a Stagecoach route in the same format) does a 15.4 mile (7.7 each way) dogleg run from Ballachullish Bridge on the A82 to Duror towards Oban.

36 in Harrogate. It has to loop the loop to get to the bus station.
Only on workings from Leeds and at busy times it avoids that by using an alternate route to the bus station.
The 24 to/from Pateley Bridge has a reverse trip along the same road in Birstwith.
The Team Pennine D1 (former Yorkshire Tiger 233) does an anti clockwise loop in Clayton West in both directions off a single access road through Scissett and a further loop (this time clockwise in both directions) to serve the Gilthwaites Estate at Denby Dale again approached off a single access

The 533 used to serve both Hammersmith lower and upper bus station as consecutive stops

When the bus was full driver's used to skip the upper bus station or when returning back to Hammersmith just serve the lower bus station

This played havock with the operator mileage

Team Pennine Denby Darts D1 has two instances that I think match the OP's example: Firstly, upon arriving into Scissett, all buses run an anti-clockwise loop around Scissett and Clayton West, whether running to or from Huddersfield. They then serve the Gilthwaites estate close to Denby Dale by looping through the estate, once again in the same direction whether heading to or from Huddersfield.

Centrebus Grantham have a few…
The RF1 has three double runs, or FOUR on journeys serving Wing! There’s one at Manton, where the bus goes through the village to a roundabout at the end, goes ‘round the clock’ and straight back the way it came. Same at Uppingham. And at Great Easton, the bus goes to one end of the village, around a triangle, retraces it’s route to the centre of the village and out via Bringhurst. Finally, journeys serving Wing go to the end of the village, then reverse into a side road and come back out the same way they went in.
The RF2 has three double runs, two (at Greetham and Cottesmore, Kendrew Barracks) are U-turns in the road, and the third is before/after a loop round the village of Exton, entering and exiting on the same road.
There are others, but those are the stand out winners!

The seasonal New Forest tour buses have several double runs.

Green route- Lymington New Forest Adventure Golf course
Brockenhurst station approach as per the op's example
Beaulieu village to the motor museum and back to the village
Beaulieu Hill Top to Exbury gardens and back to Hill Top before continuing to Dibden.

Sample timings - Beaulieu Motor Museum 1047
Village 1050
Exbury Gardens 1102
Dibden 1112

Blue route - double runs to serve Hoborne Naish and Shorefields holiday parks. It used to continue to Keyhaven from Milford on Sea and back

Red route - double run at Ashurst to serve the New Forest Wildlife park. Both this, and the service to Exbury take several minutes
