Here are some (hopefully!) decent examples:
Virginia Water
Blake Street
Lea Hall
Lea Green
Berney Arms
Abbey Wood
Humphrey Park
Ben Rhydding
James Cook
Haydon Bridge
Maxwell Park
Duke Street
Eden Park
Kirk Sandall
Cameron Bridge

There are also numerous "close but no cigar" examples, e.g.:

"S" at the end of the first name:
Allens West
Normans Bay
Martins Heron

No surname:
Ashley
Shirley
Nelson

Wrong way round:
Mount Vernon
Bridge of Allan

Extremely uncommon first names:
North Sheen
Syon Lane

Require 'splitting':
Peter S. Field
Robert S. Bridge
Mary Land
Leo Minster
Norman Ton
Sal House
Ling Wood
Mary Port

Chester Road
Apsley Guise
Bow Brickhill
Kempston Hardwick

Surprised Benfleet (or rather Ben Fleet) hasn't been mentioned yet.

Another "no-surname" example is Ash.

Ince & Elton sounds like it could be the name of a new musical duo featuring Elton John!
