[Trivia] Services From A Suburb To A Different Town/City (But Not The Nearest Town/City Centre)

60,61,68 Aigburth-Bootle & 81/81A Speke/Liverpool Airport-Bootle, both Aigburth & Speke are suburbs of Liverpool[Liverpool Airport is in Speke] all these routes meander around the suburbs of Liverpool avoiding Liverpool City Centre, but start/finish in Bootle Town Centre[Bootle New Strand Bus Station to be exact]

Could also add in 89, Liverpool Airport-St Helens, goes through the suburbs of South Liverpool between Belle Vale & Liverpool Airport, but serves the Town Centres of Huyton-Prescot before terminating/starting in St Helens Bus Station in St Helens Town Centre.

The 781 is a particularly odd one as for decades it ran into Leeds (with more journeys including peak express journeys as the X35).

Think the 781 is complicated as it does some local stuff in Otley (Cambridge estate?) while its there. Dunno how it gets to and from Meanwood tho.
