Another Tyne & Wear Metro station is Simon Side There are also the heavenly twins St James and St Peter('s).

And to stretch a point or two - Hugh Worth and Chic Hester - not to mention Hadrian Road, Palmer's Ville, Jez Mond and (Mark) Benton.

But I don't think those old clerics Monk Seaton and Bishop Auckland qualify somehow.

Have we had Bill Ingham yet?

The much missed Higsons brewery in Liverpool used to have cartoon characters on t-shirts and beer mats advertising their excellent products. The ones that were also railway stations that I can recall were Ed Gill, Rock Ferry, Mossley Hill and Kirk Dale. Perhaps fellow Old Higsonians will remember them.
