Does the Cardiff Bay Branch stay within Cardiff council boundaries ?

Come to think of it the Radyr-Coryton service may count as well

Off topic but possibly of interest.....

You can bid farewell to the traincrew at Radyr on departure, then comfortably walk to Coryton to greet them on arrival.

There can't be too many of those!
