TSW 2 Livery designer unable to save error

just wondering how to stop this? spent hours making a livery but now wont let me save it, i still have enough livery slots left ingame so is it to do with the actual console storage? (im on xbox one)

edit: removed everything on one of the end cars for now, and is able to save now.
