Hi all. I was in company of a friend today visiting the West Highland Line, a line which had plenty of steam and diesel charter train working workings taking place during the day. Here are my efforts for the day at Ardlui, Fort William station and Fort William Junction. Just planning a trip to Fort William for my 30th in December, doubt ill be that lucky to see a mixture like that but you never know. Great shots as always.

Yeah, I wasnt expecting to see anything else. I am only doing the route because its one I have always wanted to do, and the only Caledonian Sleeper route I am yet to take.

All part of my 30th birthday trip, which will include Cross Country, East Midlands Trains, Wrexham & Shropshire, Virgin Trains and First ScotRail, Looking forward to it!
