The train that caught fire this morning at Twyford looks to be a class 180.
Apparently an electric fault.

A fire on a train just outside Twyford Station is causing major disruption on the routes to Maidenhead and Slough this morning.
Great Western Railway made passengers aware of the incident at around 8.55am and it is understood no-one has been injured in the incident.
The incident means there is likely to be disruption on the lines until at least 10.30am.
Customers are advised their tickets can be used on Cross Country, Chiltern Railways and South West Trains lines.
A spokesman from British Transport Police has confirmed the fire is a small, electrical fire and that crews from Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue are on the scene.
It does not appear there have been any injuries in the incident and spokesman confirmed it is not being considered a major incident.
