The Glasgow Subway has some quite narrow island platforms, as I recall. You wouldn't want to be swaying about on one after a night on Sauchiehall Street...

You wont need to worry soon - after the switch to driverless trains there will be screen doors on all the platforms!

Ashburys p1 (outbound from Piccadilly) is fairly narrow and is passed by trains at a reasonably high line speed - I think 70mph but am open to correction. Its proximity to the Etihad stadium means it is used by many Manchester City fans from the SE quadrant of Greater Manchester, but when there was a derby against Manchester United, the station was closed on police instruction over the period of the match travel times as it was felt that any disorder on the narrow platform could result in somebody falling to the track. I assume this was still the case up to the Covid-19 interruption.

4C at New Street never feels wide enough for the numbers using it, especially when alighting from a rammed commuter service just as a Pendolino arrives into platform 4.

Bournville platform 2 is quite narrow on account of the canal on the other side of the shelter. Barely enough room to stand behind the invisible yellow that is regularly announced when there are other people trying to walk past.

Back when the fast lines were open to passengers.... Wembley Central was surely a competitor? Trains passing a highly turbulent effectively underground type station with a line speed of 125mph on an extremely narrow platform where the yellow line is exactly where your feet are
The two platforms that have Southern stoppers and the occasional West Midlands/LNR train are still open and quite narrow. Not sure if it's still the case but when I was last there they would only let you on to the platform 5 minutes before the train was due.

If we are looking at sections of platform, rather than across the whole length. I think Warrington Central still has gates to prevent people getting to the western ends of the platforms. I think it is alight only on these sections of platform because of how narrow they are.
