Theres two that have GPS train position indicators that I know of, provided by a occasional poster/ lurker on heres company system. However that provides the data remotely by GSM so staff know where the trains are. As its spot updating I dont think the system can provide the data that the firetrm thinks it can but to be fair my information is somewhat out of date. Ill have to go to that Diesel Gala near Poole Harbour again this year for an update.
There was a press release and the data is public on the RTT website.
Unlike the Great Central's dual section of track, the Swanage railway is single track.

Possible the Swanage railway could ask for a dispensation so they could run at a speed more than 25mph on the Frome bridge to Norden single track section, if they can prove the signalling will never allow another train on the section at the same time?

I Dont think the signalling is the limiting factor. The Whitby branch has a line speed of 45 with no signalman token block. Will the Swanage actually be operating regular trains along this section this year?

They have asked a former SWT manager to do a report on last year's service, and from a Modern Railways report are seeking sources of extra funding.

NYMR operations on the Whitby branch are (now) limited to 25mph as part of their exemption from CDL and mk1 collision strengthening regulations. These regulations apply to passenger stock on railways running over 25mph, which is why they don't apply to the vast majority of preserved lines.
Noted that the Swanage Railway has some CDL stock for mainline operation.

That would be a challenge, given the history of accidents caused by trains passing signals. OTOH Norden has a trap siding...
