Does an app exist with disruption in a map format?

Is there still a webpage with a disruption map? Where is it?

Is it possible to somehow invert that map? As in, show all the undisrupted lines, but hide the disrupted ones?

Yes, the 'hamburger menu' (three horizontal lines) at the top right has "Grey disruptions" or "Colour disruptions" options.
