Booking engines are allowing use at any time on Monday 4th and Monday 25th, so it appears restrictions are lifted.

If you wind down towards the bottom of that link it seems to imply that there isn't a restriction on 4 May

So I'm assuming it would also apply to the 25 too, and indeed every other bank holiday.

That is a reasonable assumption, yes. Not 100% so check before relying on it.

If you book online and obtain an itinerary (and reservations, where possible - not applicable on LM) that's evidence of a contract, so you don't need to go looking into the depths of restriction codes :)

The human-readable version of the restriction code does not say it is allowed today. The computer-readable version does. Make of that what you will.

Neither does it say it is not allowed. I do like the fact that the header tells you to refer to the 'Notes' for Sunday and Bank Holiday validity, with those 'Notes' entirely devoid of pertinent information.

So, the concludion is then that Super Off Peaks on LM are valid at any time on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

I believe so, yes. FWIW Bank Holiday service is typically closer to Sunday than Saturday services in the SE, so that sort of makes sense.
