Varamis Rail - contract with Royal Mail ?

Does anyone know anything about this company, Varamis Rail?
It seems they will be running a parcels train into and out of Royal Mail’s distribution centre in Willesden as of 2 January 2024 ?
I know RM have a rail-connected super hub in the Midlands, but it’s certainly not adjacent to Birmingham International station !
