Transport for Wales (TfW), the not-for-profit company driving forward the Welsh Government’s vision for transport in Wales, has confirmed more details of its new North Wales Business Unit. Located in Wrexham, the new unit will employ a total of 30 staff by 2019, with ten expected to be in post in 2018.

The team in North Wales will lead on TfW’s engagement in the region, employing local knowledge to build a joined-up transport strategy for Wales. Recruitment for the new team is underway, with public and stakeholder engagement, rail services, technical and project management, administrative and facilities management roles on offer.
