Victoria Line Track Fault on the Approach to Walthamstow Central

I noticed that there has been a track fault on the approach to Walthamstow Central for the last couple of days, possibly relating to the scissors crossover, as the train traversed it at a greatly reduced speed when approaching the terminus; unsure if they are also switching to manual operation on this section in relation to the fault. Would anyone in the know be able shed any more light on the fault? No problem if not. Thanks!
