Video of a Russian EMU badly damaging the OHLE

I've just randomly discovered this video on YouTube which was posted 6 days ago - it's a Russian EP2D EMU having an apparent short circuit and spectacularly bringing down the contact wires at Pererva Station about halfway between Moscow and St.Petersburg:

Anyone know if this is 3kV or 25kV overhead (Russia has both)? Lower voltage systems are more prone to being unable to detect a short circuit, as the fault current is not much different from what is drawn if several trains are motoring at the same time.
