VT are now a commercial enterprise with paid staff .
I find their website is lacking, difficult to negotiate, irregularly updated with little use of a Latest News etc.facility
I am on their email list but they seem to under use this option.

I note they are trying to recruit more Traincrew to increase their non Railtour business, which is already often , not unexpectedly in my view, proving challenging to fill their trains , hence cancellations , rarely mentioned on their website, and often at short notice.

What do others think ?
