VTWC Only Fare not available

Good Evening,

I am attempting to book this fare however I can not seem to find anywhere that will issue it.

I have also looked through my Envoy machine whilst at work this morning and could not find it there either.

Am I missing something or is this fare not available at all?

Judging by the fact that it's not showing on any of the websites, including Virgin's own, I'd hazard a guess that it's a promotional fare that isn't currently available for sale, though 18% is a rather unusual discount.
