What do you have on your pancakes?

So it's pancake day today and there will be plenty of tossers about tonight, what do you have on your pancake? For me it's got to be lemon, sugar and chocolate sauce, in that order so the sugar sticks to the lemon.

However, after being reminded through reading this thread earlier, I dished up a bowl of sugar and squirted it with Jif lemon juice, pretending that my tossing was not up to scratch and the pancake had landed on the floor, rendering it inedible.

They are called Poffetjes and come from Belgium. I bloody love these little devils. They serve them with butter and icing sugar. You cant really get them in this country so if anyone started up a business in them they'd make a killing I'd bet
