I agree that Heathrow Express is the only service to deserve the title of 'express'. It's such a shame that so many people flying into the UK think it goes to London
Define "London"! If you mean the City of London the Stansted service is the only one going to it!!! If you mean the term more broadly is Paddington (which is in the City of Westminster) any less central than Victoria (which is in the City of Westminster)? Also Boris the Buffoon is "Mayor of London" which certainly does NOT mean the City of London which has its own long-standing mayor.
