What stations have a CrossCountry first class lounge?

I was quite surprised that Newcastle Central station does not have an XC first class lounge for first class passengers especially being a major station on the XC network.

What stations if any do have XC 1st class lounges?

Also should TOCs make first class lounges be available for any first class passenger irrespective of what TOC they are using? Basically all TOCs could contribute to running of lounges for their 1st class passengers.

As far as I know, no stations have an XC first class lounge.

Any passenger using an Any Permitted ticket valid for travel on the TOC operating the lounge should be allowed entry though.

XC have no stations to put them in.
