At Bournemouth this evening, at approximately 1949, a 444+450 pulled in to platform 3, out of service. Out of curiosity, I looked it up on RTT but didn't see anything timetables in at that time. Open Train Times showed a train but with a headcode I didn't recognize - 576L. Can anyone identify what this train was?

    What was the approx time?

It might have been an extra service slotted in to help with the crowds from the airshow

5Z28 from Southampton as far as I can tell. Worked 1Z28 at 20:20 back to Southampton.

Indeed. Got caught by the anonymisation brush as something else would have been running as 5Z28 at the time.
