When I alighted a TPE service at Piccadilly on Thursday there was another TPE train at the adjacent platform where a crew change was happening and I overheard one driver saying to another that the PIS was broken and something in the cab was broken as well.

Was on a c2c service today from Barking to Liverpool Street,we came to a sudden halt just outside Liverpool Street.Driver announced the software had failed and he had to reboot it,which mean splitting the 8 car unit, rebooting then joining them up again.Took about 40 minutes and then we had to crawl into Liverpool Street.Bit of a long drawn out process, felt bit sorry for the driver sounded a bit stressed with his announcements.
