Hi,
Where is the best place to find second hand n gauge stuff online? There’s barely any on Marketplace. Just wondering if there’s anywhere I can look other than eBay?

It’s really not easy finding bargains at the moment. I tend to buy off eBay or from certain shops that have sales on.
The Model Centre sometimes have things discounted: https://www.themodelcentre.com/rail/n-gauge
Hattons do as well sometimes:

What sort of thing are you looking for?

There are usually some items for sale listed in the insert that comes with the N Gauge Society’s Journal. This is for members only.

Otherwise it is stalls at shows, which is a bit of a problem at the moment.

One thing I would say is that everything I have bought over the years has increased in value since.
That’s always worth bearing in mind if you want to invest in buying some models.

To be truthful, I’m not entirely sure! Something BR diesel era or modern image aggregates/coal-type thing… it’s for someone else… long story!

I’ll look out for that… thank you. I know shows are normally best but I think all the ones close to me are next year now!

Good to know; can’t say the same of my own OO stuff!

You could get a copy of Railway Modeller and go through the ads to see which traders deal in secondhand stuff (some only deal in secondhand), but these are traders so prices reflect that. There are also Private Sales in the Opportunity Yours section at the end of the main part of the magazine, although they seem a bit thin at the moment.
