Clue: the location is accessed by a road named after a town in Hertfordshire.

That's not the best of clues. How many Hatfield Roads are there in Britain? :|

Brighton (Preston Road; there is a village named Preston in Hertfordshire, although this road is obviously named after the Brighton suburb of Preston)

This thread has gone on long enough. So, I'll spill the beans...

Electrostar House is the name of the Bombardier administration offices at East Ham EMUD, where the class 357 Electrostar EMUs are maintained for c2c Rail. The depot is accessed by Stevenage Road - hence the clue to Hertfordshire. ;)

Remind me to try the most obvious (from my perspective) next time.
