What the title says really:

http://www.atoc.org/about-atoc

Have DSB ever run or been a partner in a UK passenger franchise? The only thing I have found in a search is they were once shortlisted, in association with EWS, to run ICEC.

Don't DSB haul charter trains from time to time, at least on behalf of others if not directly arranged by themselves?

That's DBS, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn. DSB is the Danish state railway company.

To avoid further confusion.... (I read the thread title and immediately thought of Disabled Person Railcard)

Both DBS (DB Schenker) and DSB (Danske Statsbaner - Danish State Railways) are members of ATOC.

DSB is also the short code printed on common ticket stock to donate Disabled Persons Railcard.

The perils of using acronyms/abbreviations in threads without giving the full name.....

Also, who the hell are Eurailco? Wikipedia doesn't mention the word anywhere on its 4 million pages, and their site is poorly-designed and incomprehensibly translated.

All I can tell is they seem to be a subsidiary of RATP.

RATP run Manchester Metrolink.
Keen to expand in the UK?

I know what RATP's operations are in the UK (Metrolink, part of NET, Bournemouth Yellowbus, London United, the Bath CitySightSeeing franchise, off the top of my head), but not sure how this Eurailco fits into them—none of them are heavy rail.
