Its a Q code so it runs as required and is likely to be just a loco being a class 0. Q headcodes are normally reserved for test trains.

It's only STP'd in for next week - there's normally no such schedule. It'll be interesting to see whether it actually runs. Possibly some sort of route learner, perhaps?

Q headcodes are simply to tell the signaller that the train is not to be diverted from booked route and must follow the schedule exactly. Usually this is test trains as they obviously have a specific line to test but other things such as trains with an RT3973-HAW (heavy axle weight special dispensation) sometimes have to follow specific routings.
