Wires down Manchester Oxford Road?

It certainly made me remember just how slow the Manchester Airport tram is. I’m glad I planned to get to MIA three hours before my flight on Friday.

You do have to remember that the route of that tram takes the same line as the Altrincham line as far as Trafford Bar, then pootles across via the Firswood and Chorlton areas into Sale Water Park, before crossing over the M60 into the various suburbs of Wythenshawe, before reaching Manchester Airport.
