Just seems one of the wires parted, possibly due to a defect, I've not seen any allegations against the balance weights or anything else. It wasn't a train that cause it anyway. All being well it should be back in order by around 1400.

Almost certainly a latent defect in the catenary wire. It was very cold round here last night may well have triggered it.
