Wrexham, Shrewsbury and Midland railway oao

So I saw in a news article last night, a new oao has announced interest to run trains between London and the marches (I forgot the route fully) but some stops proposed include Nuneaton, Walsall, Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury. They aim to start by 2025

Thoughts?

For me it sounds quite similar to Wrexham and Shropshire but that failed badly

It is somewhat different to the old Wrexham and Shropshire operation in that it looks to operate via the WCML south of the West Midlands, and seeks to use class 22x units.
