XC Train Manager Assessment Day

Hi guys.

Got an assessment day at Newcastle with XC for the role of a Train Manager.

I've got to do a group exercise. Any idea what this may involve?

Also got to give a presentation. Does anyone know if you're able to deliver it with the use of a laptop? Or do you just have to stand there and reel it off?

Hello, hopefully this doesn't come too late. The group assessment is about prioritising a number of key items in the scenario that you and your fellow applicants are shot down in the Brazilian rainforest. The key is to pick short term survival items. Try and be assertive but polite, and try to get yourself noticed. Make sure you stay fo used on the task and try to lead it constructively. I've done two of these with a 50% success rate. Best of luck buddy
