Xmas running of the cl67 WAG

Can anyone tell me if the WAG is running to normal over the Xmas Hols!

For a little more of this with my better camera and tripod! LOL

Thanks for your help, I see from realtime trains, the timetable has been changed as it used to call at Hereford @ 19.21 ish!

It now runs 1 hour earlier in the new timetable, and no longer calls at Gobowen.

As its now the prime commuter train out of Cardiff for Cwmbran and Abergavenny I can see it doing fewer off normal runs on weekdays.

Similar will apply the following Saturday,Gerald put to good use in North Wales for ferry traffic.

As the Cardiff Bay bubble crowd shut down last week ,don't expect cooked food on Monday, but usually Gerald is pulled Xmas week.

No point sending Gerald to Cardiff on Monday/Tuesday morning empty,better used this way on heavy North Wales ferries /Crewe traffic

Gerald seemed to make it OK to Cardiff yesterday, but started back from Hereford.
Today looks fairly normal.

The only Euston-Holyhead through service which made it yesterday evening was the final 1910 (the 1710 only ran from Crewe).
It left Euston 76 down and reached Holyhead 137 down at 0110!
Despite that all the Holyhead-Euston trains ran OK this morning.

No idea if its 67 002 on Friday,need someone in Holyhead to have a look,I understand the spare 67 resides at Canton & Gerald will have been to Cardiff Canton on Monday.

Storubridge Junction actually rather than the Town. There are trains hauled by 67s that start there and at Kidderminster for Marylebone in the morning.

One of Gerald yesterday crossing Conwy estuary with one of three 'ferry-exs' between Crewe and Holyhead.

Does anyone know if it is doing anything else extra over the holiday period, or is it back on north-south duties?

It's doing nothing today and tomorrow it goes back onto its booked workings.
