Yesterday I tried to collect some ToD tickets at Marylebone. Having entered the booking ref it briefly flashed the booking onto the screen and then just spat out a single ticket with VOID printed four times across it.
I then tried the whole process again and got an error to the effect it had not been possible to fulfil. At this point I'm sure no more tickets had been issued. Off I go to the ticket office with my Void ticket. Having queued for a few minutes they get somebody to check the machine and luckily nobody has used the machine in the meantime and my tickets have appeared. This is the second time I've had problems this year collecting at Marylebone.
