Longest ones I can think of:
Wigan North Western-Thurso
Manchester-Liverpool, via Crewe, Inverness, Kyle of Lochalsh, Inverness and London. (Over 3 days)
Shanklin-Manchester Piccadilly, with about an hour layover then onwards to Great Yarmouth
